• Sarah Kling
Chief Executive Officer
• With 14 years of experience designing world-class software systems, web applications, and websites, Sarah is a leading authority on designing and
delivering the perfect product user experience. Prior to founding UEVision, Sarah served as user experience consultant, usability evangelist, and user
experience team leader for a number of B2B and B2C companies. She founded UEVision in 2005 to enable her team to bring world-class user
experience strategy and designs to many different organizations and their products, resulting in happier customers, more profitable products, and
reduced support costs.
• Sarah specializes in designing a world-class user experience by adapting user-focused design practices to the specific requirements of websites, web
applications, mobile applications, and software systems and the needs of their users. She has built user experience teams and re-engineered user
experience and usability processes for many organizations, and as a result, has led a variety of successful initiatives to integrate usability "best
practices" with the product development process to produce products that are practical, efficient, visually appealing, and highly usable.
• Sarah holds an AB from Stanford University and has studied usability and human factors at the University of California and UC-Santa Cruz. She is a
member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Usability Professionals Association (UPA), and the Bay Area special interest group in
user interface (BayCHI).
• Kimberly Johnson
Creative Director
• Kimberly is an expert in creating the "visual personality" for websites and software applications. She has 13 years of experience in visual design,
branding, integrated marketing, and web development. Her creative eye and pitch work has led to the acquisition of clients like Wells Fargo,
Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Sprite and BMW. While at Autodesk as the Associate Creative Director, Kimberly was instrumental in transforming the internal
marketing department into a full-service interactive and print production powerhouse. More importantly, her ability to manage and motivate teams
of designers has gained her nationwide recognition, earning her the Rebrand award in 2006. Kimberly has also worked in-house as Sr. Interactive Art
Director at Yahoo! Inc., where she created the launch campaign for the SBC/Yahoo partnership.Kimberly holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the
University of Florida and an MBA in Marketing.

Senior User Experience Designer
• Mercury Murphy is a leading designer and innovator with over 13 years of experience in the field of user experience design, interaction design, and
Flash animation and prototyping for websites, software, and web-based applications. She's designed and produced world-class user experiences for
such Fortune 500/Global 100 companies such as IBM, E*TRADE Financial, Wells Fargo, HSBC, Cisco Systems, Symantec, Adobe Systems, and Yahoo!
Mercury has also worked extensively withing the entertainment industry, designing interactive experiences for such companies as Paramount
Pictures, Mattel, and Buena Vista Pictures.
• Mercury has a degree in Multimedia Graphic Design from Platt College as well as numerous certifications for Flash programming and animation. She
has taught interactive design and Flash courses and has authored several articles on Flash and dynamic media.
• Andrea Pimentel
Interactive Art Director
• Andrea is an Interactive Art Director and Flash expert in San Francisco. She has worked for large-scale websites and some of San Francisco's top
advertising agencies, working on award-winning advertising campaigns, cutting-edge social media, web design, interface design and motion graphics.
As an Art Director, Andrea has worked with many top brands such as SanDisk, Suzuki, Nokia, Tonik, WaMu, eBay, and Bank of America. Andrea also
teaches classes at the Academy of Art University in the New Media and Illustration departments, including Motion Graphics and Web Design classes.
• Ryan Bentz
Technical Lead
• Ryan brings more than 12 years of web development experience to the UEVision team, specializing in the development of cutting-edge, Web 2.0-
enabled Websites and Web applications, and ensuring that they adhere to standards set by the W3C. He also provides HTML and UI-coding expertise
for the creation and delivery of HTML templates.
• Before joining UEVision, Ryan worked at Gap, Inc. as a senior technical designer and software development engineer for the Old Navy, Gap and
Banana Republic Websites. He has also worked as web communications manager for WatchGuard Technologies, web director at Eastern Washington
University and senior software engineer for the Cobalt Group.
• Ryan received his bachelor's degree from Western Washington University in journalism and public relations, with a minor in internet resource
management.
