gueste4ced41: Thanks! This is actually an older preso. Today's preso can be found here: http://www.slideshare.net/nickf/user-experience-utopia

guestcb624a: I would recommend you check out the slides from today's presentation as it may give you more insights into what could be improved. There are just too many things here that I am seeing as issues.

In case you missed it, Raina Van Cleave of 352media has posted a derivative article on the same topic called Ten Commandments of User Experience here:
    http://www.352media.com/rantingandraving/rave.aspx?raveid...

Personally I will stick to seven as we already have a religious 10 out there ;) Never the less the post is a very good read.

    Hi Nick,

I saw the presentation at WebMaster Jam but was out in the hallway and didn't get to see the slides. Also couldn't hear well over the jamming that was going on in the Microsoft room right next door so I appreciate your taking the time to post the slide show. Thanks.

By the way - here's my website that I asked you to give me some constructive criticism on:

    www.dataplus-svc.com

    Be kind now.
