guide young people
looking for a job.

• All the rights conferred
by a member State of the
union must be extended
to the citizen of all
member States.
• Avoid the rights to
become privileges only
for those who can pay
for them.

6. EDUCATION
Set up a European degree
programme for all
European countries so that
all students stay informed
about their rights.

7. EUROPEAN PUBLIC SPHERE
The European Union should
create a European broadcasting
company for all the members of
the UE.
