1. Yes She Can Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Westchester County, NY dedicated to
helping young women with autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities
develop transferrable job skills so that they can become employed.
Job Skills Development Program
“Job college”. In our program we teach trainees what it
means to be employed, how to work, and the
processes and behaviors needed to function in the
workplace.
Trainees are supported by professional job coaches and
a business manager.
We are seeking candidates for our program starting Fall of 2015
• Trainees: Young women who are recent graduates from high school or college who
need direct teaching and training to develop work skills leading to employment.
• Interns: High School seniors working towards their NY State CDOS credential
