1) Project Name: - U Bank Implementation (formerly known as Teba Bank), South Africa
U Bank is a prominent bank in South Africa with niche customer segment of its own. This
implementation project involved migrating from an older version legacy to latest version of Flex cube
software (leading Retail/Core banking software). This was a mission critical project and was the biggest
investment for the Bank in its history.
