ABC Retail Ltd is a leading retailer that operates multiple retail
formats in both the value and lifestyle segment of the Indian
consumer market.
It operates over 16 million square feet of retail space, has over
1000 stores across 60 cities in India and employs over 25,000
people.
85% of ABC employees receive some sort of org. training.
On an average, an employee receives 15 days of training annually.
The following slides show how employee learning has been successfully reinforced by
the mobile learning initiative adopted by ABC.
