2. Scope:
This manual describes the steps to generate faculty evaluation reports from LMS.
Only observers have rights to view/ download the faculty evaluation reports of respective faculty.
Generally the principals and HODs have been given observer role for their respective schools and
departments.
1. Log in to LMS portal at https://lms.nust.edu.pk/portal.
2. The observer can view the list of courses in central block. A block with name “Custom Reports”
is visible on right menu, Click on “Feedback report” link from the list of custom reports.
3. Two types of faculty evaluation reports can be generated.
a. Department wise report
b. Batch wise report
Select type of the report from dropdown menu.
3. 4. After selecting the type of report, following screen will appear.
a. Select the feedback type for which you want to generate report i.e. First Students
Feedback or Second Students Feedback
b. Select the School for faculty evaluation reports generation.
c. Select the Department of the school that appears on screen after selecting the school.
d. Click on “View report” button.
4. 5. Feedback report can be downloaded in two formats i.e. PDP and Excel Format
