  2. 2. Problem statement <ul><li>Create a User Interface (UI) for dental clinic users and help them understand information of the dental clinic. You can add in other information of your own. </li></ul>

Identifying the problem (Task Flow diagram) Walk in to polyclinic Inform nurse at the reception point Reached dental clinic at level 3 Go up by the lift or stairs Take a seat to wait for payment and book next appointment. Number being screened Take a seat again to wait for the number to screen. After name called, there will be a number issued. Take a seat and wait for name to be called . Payment and appointment done. Walk to the room number that is stated on the screen. Done with dental check-up. Leave the room Leave the dental clinic
