Note: MSDNAA doesn’t have any VL (KMS) keys at all<br />Only for use with instructional, non-commercial research. Software may not be used to run department infrastructure <br />Staff members not directly involved in administration of the program at the institution may not install products on profession/personal machines<br />Members may not check out or download software after they are no longer enrolled in/teaching STEMD course or the institution membership has expired<br />

Licensing<br />General<br />Perpetual rights on all downloaded products <br />Verification lasts for 12 months – users must re-verify to continue downloading products <br />Usage only for academic, noncommercial usage*<br />Windows Phone Marketplace*<br />Special licensing is in place on the Phone Marketplace that allows verified students the ability to use DreamSpark product (ie: products received for free) to sell applications for a profit <br />EULA<br />
