• Baxter International: we would be delighted to hold your 2011 Sales and
Incentive Meeting on March 15, 2013.
• Our meeting space is 2500 square feet, enough room for large meetings
and cozy enough for small gatherings.
• On the main floor, we have fully equipped gym, a pool & hot tub and an
indoor connection to shopping, Confederation Centre and Art Galleries.

• The Holman Grand is the first hotel to be built in downtown
Charlottetown in 25 years, having opened its doors in August
2011.

8. FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Holman Grand Hotel is happy to provide food and beverages for all
meetings scheduled at their facilities. Due to this, we do not permit outside
food and beverages to be brought to the meeting spaces by guests. We are
pleased to accommodate any special dietary needs when requested. All
catering request are required to be submitted to our facilities no later than 2
weeks prior to the scheduled function.

9. QUOTE
The room quotes and room rates provided are valid until for 6 weeks from the
original quote date. Please notify the hotel of your intention if you wish to
secure the space and rates offered at any time preceding to this date.
