Dear Sir,
LETTER OF RESIGNATION
After careful thought and consideration I have decided resign from my position as technical officer at
xcxzczxczxc (Pvt) Ltd. Please accept this as my one month prior notice as effective from today as per the
terms and conditions of my employment.
I am required to complete my BSc which needed to be started before October 2018. And therefore I
wish to leave my employment with effective from 17th
of September 2018.
I will do everything possible to assist transition as smooth as possible. And I am already in the process of
completing my current project (Precast yard) before my resignation.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the opportunities you have offered me during my
time working for this company.
