The Ella Foundation is a registered charity that provides education, training, mentoring and coaching to leaders of charities. Through monthly interactive workshops and expert speakers, it aims to inspire leaders of social enterprises to achieve their full potential. Members learn from each other's unique experiences in a confidential and non-competitive environment. The foundation seeks to improve members' leadership skills, ability to manage staff and volunteers, fundraising expertise, and more. Its process involves sharing challenges, learning experientially, and receiving ongoing personal mentoring between monthly group meetings.
