WAIT!!! Is the urgency of adoption of the L's 2.0 attitude different beetwen Europe and US?

I believe not “ Patron 2.0” is ubiquitous and depends on the penetration of internet in the society

!!! However !!! The urgency is the same but the speed of adoption is not

Proof? The School Librarian’s training in Portugal during 2007 was focused on Web 2.0 tools Result? From the 46 LIS portuguese blogs (with activity in the last 1 month) 16 are School Library Blogs 33%
