8. #1 Skipping meals help you lose weight

9. Without proper meals, your body will be
deprived of energy

10. Naturally your body will want you to eat a
LOT

11. #2 Low fat or fat-fee is the way to go

12. For one, all fats are NOT equal

13. Second, you NEED certain amount of fat for
healthy functioning of brain and other
organs

15. Completely avoiding fats thinking that all

32. This partial fact is simply overrated when
it comes to weight loss

helps with weight loss, water cannot melt
your fat
