On a Monday meeting update sales team. The information should already be there on Base in a form of written proposal.
Trello not really used after the initial set up process was complete. It is more used for personal organization.

Regional : WHY? Because members around Midlands need to have it done locally to them. Also it is an opportunity to get a referrals from companies around the local areas.
