2. Step 1
I traced over this picture using the
paint brush tool so I can later turn it
into a symbol and move it freely.
I traced the ball in a separate layer to
the man so I could move it separately
more easily.
3. Step 2
I added frames from the original image.
I used this tutorial from my research to help me:

cp&context=C3aadc03UDOEgsToPDskLzFax7-g1vEfQFKmaA-

It was very informative and effective. I had no problems
following the instructions.
4. Step 3
Next I added a title logo to the animation so it is more
easily identified.
5. Step 4
I then added motion tweens to smoothly change the
alpha channel (opacity) so that the picture moves more
realistically.
6. Step 5
Next I put the video onto acrobat and converted it into
a .swf file so that it can be previewed.
I used this tutorial to help me export the animation
without any glitches

7. Step 6
Next I converted the file into an .avi movie file on
Flash.
I did this so that it can viewed on other computers
without them needing flash.
8. Final Product
I originally tried to make the man throw the ball and
have it leave his hands spinning but it was too
complicated to carry out successfully so I chose a
simpler motion.
