Customers raise, comment and vote on ideas on the ideas portal.Once these are understood and validated, they get placed into the development stack (Ideascale status = “Under Review”). These stories are agreed as adding value, but no priority is agreed.This stack feeds the smaller current stack (Ideascale Status = “In Progress”) – stories that have made it, and are likely to be worked on in the next month.Developers pick the top story up off this stack, implement it, and check it in for the current release candidate. They then pick up the next story, and the next…Weekly, we review the release candidate and make a decision if it adds any value to the live service. If it does, we roll it out to all customers. If not, we’ll continue adding stories and look the next week…
