3. The key research objectives of the study are as follows:
To understand a particular location in terms of different features of both
exsisting and upcoming properties.
To understand the customers dwelling in those areas in terms of their
awareness, perception,preference, expectation and loyalty towards different
brands of FTTH and related high-end services ( Voice, Video, Data and
Entertainment ).
To explore different service providers in terrms of their penetration rate and their
individual USPs.
Nett, the above would help to understand exsisting scenerio of areas enlisted as
per requirement and the dwellers of those areas in terms of their usage and
preference towards FTTH and related high-end services.
4. The key deliverables of the study would be:
Location Profiling:
Type of Properties (Residential/Commercial/Educational).
Details of Societies/Commercial complexes/Colonies(Existing and Upcoming).
Details of Societies/Commercial complexes/Colonies(High Rise/Low
rise/Plotted).
Number of Homes/ Offices ,Age of Locality.

Customer Profiling:
Awareness and Readiness for FTTH and related High end Services including data
based applications and Security systems used by customers in the area.
Customers' perception (Top-Of-Mind racall) on different brands and the
determing parameters for choosing the SP (Service Provider).
Loyalty towards the brand and probability of retaining the same service provider.
Service Providers information:
ARPU for Voice Video and Data.
Special area specific plans offered by SPs.
Penetration rate in different areas for various SPs
USP for SPs (if any).

6. We propose a quantitative research program using a structured pre
coded questionnaire with a few open ended questions provided from
the client's end.
Combing the entire area (as per the pre-defined location shared by the

skipping error.
Post the data collection, a map check will be done to gauge the
correctness of the data colloected.
Teams will be deployed containing sufficient number of interviewers
and 1 field supervisor responsible for the spot check.

9. We would require the questionaire on the basis of which the
data collection process will be conducted.
Local Maps will be required. TTK or Eicher map can also serve
the purpose.
As we go forward, we would require the neighbourhood
directory.
10. The commercials for performing the activity is estimated as
follows:
