2. The product I invented is called Glam Rush. This
product is a bracelet that has unique features. One of
the features it has a watch face. The bracelet is also
has a built in lip-gloss container. With this product,
you don’t have to worry about losing your lip gloss,
making a mess in your bag, and don’t have to worry
about the lip gloss drying out. With this item, once
you are in the store, you get 3 lip-gloss containers for
free of any colors of your choice. The watch face is
solar powered, so no battery necessary, not water
resistant and shows analog numbers from 1 to 12.
The product can be located in department stores in
both suburban and rural areas. The product is about
3-1/4 x 3” and the circumference is 7” around.

The product can be bought by the age groups of
Generation Y and X. Due to the fact that not many
contemporary women wears lip glosses. Some likes
the lip gloss because it is the newest trend in the
Cosmetic Industry than the normal lipsticks. The
main gender is female. This product is affordable to
any consumer.
From my survey, this product can fit into the target
market I am aiming for.
The stores you might probably see this product is in
Dillard’s, Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, JC Penny’s.

10. PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL
For my product, Teamtai Enterprise CO. will be producing
my product. It is an oversea company. This company has
many different styles in bracelets including colors. They
allow customers to bring their own designs so they can
customize if for the customer. Their minimum orders are
500 to 900 pieces. The FOB they ship to shanghai. The
lead time take up to 15 to 25 days.
As for QC, there are three inspections performed for every
order: Pre-production inspections, Inspections during
production and final inspections. The QC staff runs up to
70 to 79

11. MARKETING PLAN, POTENTIAL LINE

For my marketing plan, I would like to create a press
kit. Want to show my customers, suppliers and
vendors what is my company is about and what I
accomplish. Also, would like to show my resent
projects and upcoming events.
For the future for a potential line extensions, I would
like to design a bag that has the similar concept to
my Glam Rush product.
For funding options I would like to have a business
loans to help create this product.
