Effect was dazzle, discovered while using Final Cut Express Dark cloak- adds to the mystery of “lone Wolfe” Location is enigmatic, plain background giving no hint or clue to surroundings- character is almost ‘cut off’ to the real world
3. Side tilt is intentional, shows the viewer that the character behind the camera has been attacked and knocked over by protagonist Combined with snow, the woodland location gives a sense of escapism from the streets and cities we live in, snow covered forests typical of a fantasy genre. We are still denied the privilege of seeing who our protagonist is. Enigmatic
4. Rays of sunlight cover face of protagonist. Sunlight continuing mystery but also hinting purity of Lone Wolfe. No special effects, just creative use of camera shots Continued use of forest location Sword- typical Fantasy weapon.
5. Protagonist sliding down snowy slope- displaying athleticism Long shot-putting distance between audience and protagonist.
6. Low key lighting hides face of protagonist, once again enigmatic. Backlighting conveys a sense of hope
7. Canted angle reflects the feeling of standing at a dizzying height while looking out over a cliff-face. Snow gives a dreamlike appearance to the landscape High up location- gives the feeling of being free
8. Enigma is once again sustained. Even close up we still do not clearly see the face of the protagonist as it is still shrouded in shadow
