3. On his way, Sam met a monkey named Marty. “Hi, my name is Marty,” he said. “I’m really thirsty” remarked Marty. “Well, I’m going to go get some water from the river, do you want to come with me?” Sam asked. “Sure, I’ll come,” Marty said. So Sam became friends with Marty, and Marty decided to go with Sam to get food.
4. On their long journey, Sam and Marty met a snake named Sara. “I’m so thirsty,” said Sara. “Well, come with us, we are going to the riverbank to drink some water,” replied Sam. So all three of them went to find water together.
5. When the three animals got to the river, they started drinking a lot of water. “This is the best water I’ve ever tasted,” said Sam. After all three of them were done, they were very hungry. “Hey, look there is a peach tree on the other side of the river,” said Sara. So they decided they would try to get some peaches.
6. While trying to get across the river, Sam accidently fell in the river. “Help me!” yelled Sam. Marty and Sara tried to save him, but the river was going too fast. So the river took Sam away.
7. After the long ride down the river, Sam got out of the water and yelled,” Holy cow!” There were two of the best looking peach trees ever. Sam ate as many peaches as he could.
8. After hours of searching for food, Sam finally got back to his little log. “ I ate so many peach’s that I cant even fit in my hole,” Sam sadly said. So Sam went searching for another log.
9. After Sam looked for a while, he found a log that was big enough for him. ”I’m never going to sleep out in the cold!” Sam happily said. So from now on, Sam stayed nice and warm in his log forever.
