Sandhu, Gurkirpal joined GSC in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, with a mandate to develop the business and position the company for steady long-term growth. Sandhu, as he prefers to be called, spent more than twenty five years in senior management positions with blue-chip manufacturing companies, including MiTek, Inc., a Warren Buffett company. Most recently, Sandhu held the position of Director at USP Structural Connectors, a Gibraltar Industries company. Judith Sikora joined GSC in March 2009 as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Her mission is to increase market share, while providing marketing and branding support to new GSC clients. Ms. Sikora spent twenty five years in senior management with cosmetic giants, including; Elizabeth Arden Cosmetics, Calvin Klein Fragrances, Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios, Avon Products, Nu Skin Enterprises and Dayton-Hudson Corporation. From 2005, Ms. Sikora worked as V.P. of Marketing and Communications for Medical Spa Developers. Most recently, Judith was Sales Director at Colorescience, a mineral makeup manufacturer. Irvaz Husic joined GSC early in 2009 as Product and Process Development Manager, responsible for management of R&D projects including: product research, formulation and development, ingredient sourcing, process development and validation. An established cosmetic scientist and formulator, his tenures spanned Western Europe to the U.S.. Most recently, Mr. Husic held the position of R&D Specialist for Mann & Shroeder GmbH, in Heidelberg, Germany, where he led the Cosmetic Emulsions Department. Earlier. Irvaz worked as the lead R&D Chemist for The Camille Beckman Company and Rhapsody Manufacturing, based in Boise, Idaho. He is an expert in European Cosmetics Directive and FDA mandated cGMP regulations.

Step 1: We both sign a CDA Step 2: We conduct a call or meeting to discuss your vision, needs & timeline Step 3: We develop product profiles based on your input! Step 4: We send you an R&D fee proposal Step 5: Once R&D fee is paid, we begin formulating Step 6: We’ll send you your first sample(s) within 6 weeks after we have confirmed product’s stability* Step 7: You test the samples and provide us with feedback. We will revise (3x’s) or, until you are satisfied. Step 8: You give us approval to proceed to the manufacturing phase… Step 9: We issue you a manufacturing price, based on your quantities, size and our unit cost to produce, label and fill Step 10: Once you approve, we begin manufacturing your products & conduct more stability tests on your behalf * Accelerated stability testing is done to insure integrity of product over time.
