1. JobPro – MYOB Interface JobPro - MYOB Interface A feature of JobPro is the ability to interface to a range of accounting systems and third party applications. One of these accounting systems is MYOB. JobPro synchronizes the MYOB customer Card file with the JobPro Customer table. JobPro also writes an entry in the MYOB Sales Register for each invoice generated in JobPro. The benefit to the user is that there is one point of entry for setting up new customers – JobPro - with all invoices generated in JobPro having the correct customer details when they arrive in the MYOB Sales Register JobPro Systems Limited www.jobpro.co.nz

2. JobPro – MYOB Interface JobPro currently has two interface points to the MYOB accounting package. This interface makes use of the MYOB ODBC driver set. These interface points are as follows 1. Customer Masterfile Synchronisation—maintain the customer details in the JobPro and the information is transferred to the MYOB Card file 2. This has two tabs; The first is to synchronise Customer data ; the user has the option to synchronize ALL customers, or just those who have been changed in JobPro JobPro Systems Limited www.jobpro.co.nz

The user has the option of sending all available invoices, or selecting invoices for a customer, up to a date or manually selecting invoices to post.
