Prototype and Test Pretotype - 1 Selected Idea Finishing school training based on target industry needs as well as identified recruiters to overcome the deficiencies in the theory based learning system.The training may be run parallel to the existing course structure or at the end of the course based on students need.
  2. 2. Pretotype - 1 • Option1:To outsource the finishing school activity based on the requirement. • Option 2: In house training of the faculty in association with selected industries and recruiters. • Option 3: To use alumni network to train the students. • Option 4: Proper mix of all the above.
  3. 3. Pretotype - 1 Feed back • What worked: Good to have proper mix of all the three options. Training should not be free of cost. • What could be improved?: Engage people from the industry to train the students. • Questions: Compulsory training or optional, proper timing of the course, execution by whom, quality of the programs, resources generation. • Ideas: Cross training. MOU with the industry and recruiters.
