The T&H Hotel and Leisure Group advised Taameer Investment, a
Golden Group of Companies subsidiary, in its decision to partner with
Rotana in a new 1,500-unit hotel chain in Oman. Each party reached
an agreement for hotel management responsibilities in November
2015, and the large-scale project will proceed toward a 2020
completion date, all in an effort to bolster the hospitality industry.
Rotana hotel units will be strategically located in Muscat, Salalah, and

Taameer, and Rotana aim to strengthen the appeal of the area for
travelers coming in and out of the Salalah and Muscat international
