enue is the signature Riverwalk address. Multi-residential apartment tower project aimed at afford-
able inner-city living demographic within Robina city centre, Gold Coast. The 39 apartments and

Cairns, Queensland, Australia
Mixed-use masterplan for a 25,000sqm hotel development on a prime-position vacant block of
land in the heart of Cairns city, North Queensland. With the assistance of a company director, we
shaped the building to meet the client’s request that the project be the ‘most photographed and
EMPLOYER iconic building in Cairns’, incorporating a major podium level public ‘thoroughfare’ and several
ELLIVO ARCHITECTS water features and exposed wet-edge pools to the eastern street frontage. The 15-storey tower
aimed at a 250-room hotel for the anticipated new ‘Hilton’ tenant, a mixture of private residential
beach-view apartments and penthouse opportunities, 2 stories of office-commercial space and
podium-level retail.
