Cairns, Queensland, Australia
Mixed-use masterplan for a 25,000sqm hotel development on a prime-position vacant block of
land in the heart of Cairns city, North Queensland. With the assistance of a company director, we
shaped the building to meet the client’s request that the project be the ‘most photographed and

aimed at a 250-room hotel for the anticipated new ‘Hilton’ tenant, a mixture of private residential
beach-view apartments and penthouse opportunities, 2 stories of office-commercial space and
