2. Chocolate salami
INGREDIENTS
• 100 g butter
• 250 g of biscuits
• 2 eggs
• 100 g of sugar
• 50 g of cocoa powder
• Powdered sugar

3. Soften the butter

4. Crumble the biscuits

5. In a bowl beat the eggs and add the
sugar. Finally, add the butter.

6. Add the cocoa powder and mix
thoroughly. Finally add the biscuits.

7. Place the dough on a work surface
and shape into a sausage.

8. Wrap in tin foil, sprinkle with sifted powdered
sugar and put it in the fridge for a few hours
