Contents
The contents of my lecture are based on my conviction after
validating teachings of the world's major traditions, mainly of the
essence of Buddhism preached by His Holiness the 14th Dalai
Lama, through my own experience. I made my best efforts to
explain them as easy as possible in a non-religious way.
Since the contents are based on universal moral ethics that teachers
don't teach us at schools, they are globally valid.
(The series of universal moral ethics have been published on
Internet (SlideShare) in 12 languages through the past one year
and has exceeded 100,000 views)
