Difficultieswe met during the project Managing the project by twoteachers (Fabienne and me) and try to motivate the otherteachers Sharing the same tales between 8 classes => takes times, the more we are, the more ittakes time The work on a tale takesmany times in our class => difficult to share and integrateour « normal institutionalwork » and the Comenius projectwork 12 weeks to work on 4 tales isambitious or maybewe have to belessambitiousourselveswithourwork
