        • Select the charges Code the Charges table

      • Double click on the selected record will link user to Check In / Out form.

        • check in under 1 company group
      • Check out by join bill
        • more than 1 bill check out together
      • Late check out
    22. Check out by join bill
      • Must select more than 1 bill
      • Input the payment details & click Done.
      • Print the bill if necessary
      • After click Check out by join bill button
      • The checked out record will remove from the list

      • Over the tentative check out date

      • F6 / Front Desk  Group Check Out
      • Only selected check out date record will be listed.
      System will auto generate the check out transaction accordingly
    25. Invoicing
      • From time to time issue the invoice to a particular company

      • Maintain the payment voucher from guest
    27. Reverse payment
      • Click on the Reverse button
      • Select the payment voucher to reverse
