7. 4 Rejoice in the Lord always.
I will say it again: Rejoice!
8. 15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts,
since as members of one body you were called
to peace. And be thankful. 16 Let the message of
Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and
admonish one another with all wisdom through
psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit,
singing to God with gratitude in your
hearts. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word
or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God the Father through him.

12. 3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given
us new birth into a living hope through the
resurrection of Jesus Christ from the
dead, 4 and into an inheritance that can
never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance
is kept in heaven for you, 5 who through faith
are shielded by God’s power until the coming
of the salvation that is ready to be
revealed in the last time.
13. 6 In all this you greatly rejoice, though now
for a little while you may have had to suffer
grief in all kinds of trials. 8 Though you
have not seen him, you love him; and
even though you do not see him now, you
believe in him and are filled with an
inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are
receiving the end result of your faith, the
salvation of your souls.

16.
17. 16 Rejoice always,
17 pray continually,
18 give thanks in all circumstances;
for this is God’s will for you
in Christ Jesus.
18.
19. 6 Donot be anxious about anything, but
in every situation, by prayer and
petition, with thanksgiving, present
your requests to God. 7 And the peace
of God, which transcends all
understanding, will guard your hearts
and your minds in Christ Jesus.
