4. The Prophet’s Son-In-Law, Ali ibn Abi Talib is
considered as the “Father of Sufism” by scholars

6. “Unity” with God is the cornerstone of Sufism

7. The philosophy of Sufism grows through the
philosophical words of those such as Rumi

8. Love and expression through music and dance
becomes a spiritual way of communing with God

9. The Sufi embrace this unique method of connection
as the righteous path towards enlightenment

10. The Sufi become known for their “Whirling Dance”

11. Their deep connection with God endures to this day
