Most ofour client engagements include a combination of the following roles: Team Role Responsibility Responsible for overall success of the project, including Engagement Manager/Digital Strategist coordination with project sponsor. Has extensive digital/business strategy and subject matter expertise. Develops the initial design concepts and detailed designs required to implement the site according to brand and Sr. Visual Designer strategy inputs. Ensures that designs are easily maintainable in the long term. 6 Develops the strategic technology direction for the initiative Sr. Technical Lead required to execute the roadmap, including architecture, integration, and technology requirements. Identifies client competition and then analyzes their web properties.
