tactical leadership for the global direct and indirect spend of $60 Million, with over 7,000 parts from 900 global
suppliers. Led a 9-member team of Quality Engineers, Buyers and Material Planners in Asia and North America.

• Centralized the three North American groups into one and hired four people in China to support our increase
in (Low Cost Country) LCC sourcing, but reduced our budgeted personnel cost by 30%.

cost reduction for 2009.
• Analyzed, developed and successfully launched an Emerging Market (China, Taiwan & India) cost reduction
