3. WIRE CLOSET
Before the refrigerators, wire closet is a cupboard whıch
bread and food is placed inside. It prevents the entry of flies
and other insects and avoids the deterioration of the food.

4. CUBE
Cube was used in the houses as water
container and oil container.It would keep
cool what was inside.

5. EARTHENWARE WATER JUG
It is a small type of the cube and it was mostly
used to keep the drinking water cool

6. BOWL
It was used instead of glass for
drinking ayran or water in the past. It
was made of metal or copper. They
would be various sizes.

7. KUŞHANA
It was a metal container used as a saucepan.It
was usually made of copper or tin.

8. ÇÖMCE
It was a large and
round spoon that
made of wood or
copper.It was used
for blending the food
while cooking.

9. TRAY
It was a kind of big
tray used during the
meals to eat on
it.Sometimes it may
be ornamented.

10. CALDRON(KAZAN)
It was a large and deep container. It
was used widely for example for
boiling clothes, water, cooking
food…etc. It is still used

11. SHEET IRON
It was made of iron. It was used for cooking bread on it.

12. BATH BOWL
It was completely different from water bowl.It was
round and made of copper, silver or yellow metal

13. EWER
It was a container
used for putting
water in it.It was
made of copper

14. GAS LAMP
It provides
enlightenment
with gas oil

15. OLD AGRICULTURAL TOOLS

16. PLOUGH
It was used for ventilating the
soil. It was made of wood.

17. REEPING HOOK(ORAK)
People used it to harvest. It
was a semi-circular, flat,
narrow and sharp metal
knife.It is still being used.

19. MACE
Mace or merlin was used to injure and destroy
the enemy in combats.The tip on the knuckles
with weapons is much ticker than the others.

Sword, used by many civilizations throughout history,
made of metal or other materials which may be of various
sizes, sharp-edged, pointed, piercing and cutting
weapons.

21. BOW
It was used in combats to
shoot an arrow. They were
important weapons of war
before the discovery of
firearms.

22. DAGGER
It was a kind of knife both of sides were
sharpened.It was also used as a weapon.There
were different sizes.

23. FIREARMS
This is a an example of the firearms used in
the past.
