½ cup distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon molasses
¼ cup wine
2 tablespoons apple juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 dash of soy sauce
¼ cup garlic, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped

1. First of all, let’s make your marinade for the pork shoulder. Get a large mixing
bowl and pour these ingredients in: brown sugar, crushed red pepper, seasoning
salt, Cajun seasoning, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian-style salad
dressing, distilled white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, apple juice, soy
sauce, corn syrup, garlic powder and

3. Now work on your pork shoulder. Get
a sharp knife and score the meat, making
¼-inch deep cuts. When you’re done,
soak the pork shoulder in the marinade.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and
then put it in the refrigerator. You can
leave it there for about four hours to let
