By far, the most effective way
      to increase sales is to:
 Know your customer’s needs
and interests (and keep a record).
The best way to do this is to use
  the “fragrance consultation”
       with your customers.
Handling Objections:
          Fragrance doesn’t last long enough.
   Recommend layering or a stronger form of the fragrance.

              Fragrance doesn’t smell good on me.

     Recommend different fragrances and give samples.
   Tell customer that fragrance mixes with the individual’s
  body “chemistry”. Experiment until she finds a good match.

             I wear a different company’s fragrance.

      Use the information and descriptions from the fragrance
      charts and get the customer to try and Avon fragrance.
