  • 2. Annamaya kosha contains Saptha Asthi Mamsa Rasa dhathu Raktha Medha Majja Shukra But according to yogic text and concept there exist nava (9) dhushyas
  • 3. PRANAMAYA KOSHA – THE SECOND SHEATH WHICH IS THE ENERGY SHEATH IT CONTAINS PRANA APANA UDANA SAMANA VYANA
  • 4. Manomaya kosha Manasis known as one sense alsocalledas ekendriya The third sheath of the pancha kosha that is known as manomaya kosha (mind sheath ) Practices like pranayama helps to control manomaya kosha and switch to the vijnyanamaya kosha Vyagraha pranayama is practiced in our intensive to enhance the manomaya kosha

  • 6. Tanmatra - subtle elements Gandha - smell - prithvi Rasana - taste - apas Roopa - sight - tejas Sparsha - touch - vayu Shabdha - hear ing - akash
  • 7. The two wings of vijnanamaya kosha are: Vairagya Viveka Vignyana maya kosha Vijnanamayakosha - The sheath present before to the bliss sheath ( Anandamaya ) Which is very difficult to obtain by a human being
  • 8. Vijnanamaya kosha The three Shaktis required to develop Vijnanamaya kosha are Iccha shakti Kriya shakti Jnana shakti
  • 9. To develop vijnanamaya kosha the points ( bindus ) present in our body are very helpful There are various bindus such as: Trikuti Bru- madhya Nasagra KantaHridaya Nabhi Moola
  • 10. A VERY GOOD PRACTISE HELPFUL TO ENHANCE VIJNANAMAYA KOSHA IS TRATAKA
  • 11. ANANDAMAYA KOSHA The last , outermost , valence sheath present in the panchakosha is known as bliss sheath If all the other koshas works properly we can achieve the manifestation of our anandamaya kosha which is closer to infinity
  • 12. The mandalas present in our body which are useful to activate vijnyanamaya kosha are Vayu mandala Mano mandala Akash manadala Prithvi mandala Tejas mandala Apas mandala
  • 13. Thought Word Deed What you think you say ! What you say you do ! Then you become an integrated human being! Integration
