Aleks Kudic discussed his path to becoming a successful startup founder and chief technology officer. He shared that he studied electrical engineering at university, then gained experience in accounting, management consulting, and project management for large companies, which helped him build his network. He also earned an MBA and worked in Singapore, during which time he started several businesses focused on providing useful internet and technology services. Kudic advised that the early career is important for experience and networking, and recommended traveling, further education like an MBA, and trying different jobs and industries to discover one's strengths and interests before starting a company.
