2. RAISING
By attracting the right people through marketing, an application is
raised.
There are various channels through which it can be done:
1. Directly approaching universities and finding interested students.
2. Marketing campaigns and information seminars.
3. At events such as Y2B etc.
Once an application has been submitted, a congratulatory mail
mentioning the agenda of the journey which they will go through
before realization will be sent.
A selection tool will be used( i.e judging communication skills,
adaptability, cultural sensitivity etc).
3. INDUCTION SEMINAR
The AIESEC GCDP value proposition and training shall be
imparted about the various processes involved in matching.
4. MATCHING PROCESS
There are 3 different ways to match:
- Search for available TNs in established IRs.
- Send matching mails
- Through Facebook matching groups.
Once the EP is content with the choice, the concerned LC is
contacted and the proposition is discussed.
5. REALIZATION
Once the EP has been matched, the country specific preparation
(Culture shock preparation, Visa preparation ,adaptability,
budgeting).
A basic guideline on what opportunity to look for ( Countries and
projects) shall be used by the LC involved including ,
Inner and outer journey
Interview training.

6. Induction to NPS
Budgeting
The experience of the EP is recorded.
Weekly surveys to keep check on EPs experience while on
exchange are undertaken.
Feedback on services by Local LC are recorded.
