This month we look in depth at the device usage in Colombia, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy,
Russia and India.
Globally, the Lumia 520 is still the most popular device in use but it’s position at the top looks

3. Data Source
This report is based on data collected from 4,995 Windows Phone apps running
AdDuplex SDK v.2. The raw data analyzed was collected over the day of January 23rd,
2015 (UTC time) unless otherwise stated.
We have made every attempt to consolidate different reported phone model names
under their canonical retail model names, but it is possible that some of the rare model
name variations were not accounted for.
AdDuplex is the largest cross-promotion network for Windows Phone and Windows
Store apps empowering developers and publishers to promote their apps for free by
helping each other. AdDuplex was established in January 2011 in Vilnius, Lithuania. As
of January 2015, more than 9,500 apps actively use AdDuplex to gain more visibility.
4. Windows Phone Devices Worldwide

The top ten devices are all
the same as last month but
some positions have
changed.
The Lumia 530 has jumped
from tenth to fifth place and
the Lumia 635 has gone from
ninth to sixth position.
The Lumia 920 and 925 both
show small percentage
increases which bucks the
trend of the other devices
here where the older devices
have seen a decrease in
percentage size while all the
newer devices have seen an
increase.
