What is a Teacher?
what is the role of a teacher?

   telling someone something?

   leading them to understanding it in their own way
who are we teaching?
RETHINK

the focus should be on the LEARNING and not so much on the TEACHING
Education is less about what the TEACHER is doing...more about what the LEARNER is doing
obviously what the teacher does affects what the learner does
but the teacher should be more of a RESOURCE not the ONLY SOURCE
