Commercial, Public and Voluntary organisations
Commercial organizations apply to group(s) with a particular set of skills, priorities, strategies, and resources that organize to collectively achieve the "specific aim" of making a profit. They are always set in well known places like central London. They use a wide range of advertising to make as much money as possible. An example of a commercial organisation is the West End, because of its famous plays. Commercial organisations could be the grand opening to a new film in Trafalgar square which would give you a great profitable outcome in the end. Commercial Organisations
Public organisation refers to the organisation which can be used by any person, it has a much smaller audience It is owned by government bodies but is open to the public for anyone to use. They use local advertising such as local newspapers, they keep everything quite local. An example of a public organisation would be the Waterman’s theatre who are always sending leaflets and comments in the local newspaper to advertise what they have to offer. Public Organisations
A voluntary organization is a group of individuals who voluntarily enter into an agreement to form an organization to accomplish a purpose. They have much smaller audiences and they do not include any public or local authority. The organisation should be formally constituted, for example as a charitable trust or a company limited by guarantee. The point of them is to attract much more free publicity but also o show people what they have to offer whilst teaching them new skills as they go on. Voluntary Organisations
The main differences are the length in which each organisation is willing to go in order to make a profit. For example commercial organisations go to a much greater scale rather than the other two. Also each organisation has a different goal; for example commercial organisations work towards a high profit whereas public organisations are more interested in pleasing their audience.
