Daffodil was involved in exhaustive campus hiring programs round the
year, recruiting professionals from esteemed Colleges all over National
Capital Region. They wanted to extend their reach to Training Institutes
in NCR for a better and more diverse workforce.
In spite of driving a round-the-clock recruitment culture, Daffodil
couldn’t hire technically sound professionals because of its limited reach
restricted only to Colleges. While they had a fresh breed of millennials
from these Colleges, they didn’t have people who had sound technical
bent of mind. Daffodil was paying a huge price in the form of Cost, Effort
and resources because of this.

those Institutes which were more than 5 years old and trained at
least 500 students in a single batch.

candidates and the Organization.
