3mm door. All plate fully outside and stitch
welded Inside Uprights 11 no. UPN 100, Mild
steel fully welded to side plates Top Rail UPN
160.
Headboard:
A Frame UPN 160 with 10mm reinforcing
plates, RND 65mm hook bar with deflector
plate
Underframe:
Main Runners IPN 180 with 10 mm wear
plate- 11 no - UPN 100 Twin Rollers- 229mm
x 229mm heavy duty rollers with maintenance
free oil lite bearings
Door:
Thickness' - 5mm mild steel plate Single Door
- reinforced with RHS 80mm x 80mm.
Reinforced with UPN 100.
Door Pillars:
