Begin Automatic Measurement Cycle
1. Start lift truck and LCD display will show IVDT, software
version, serial number and will default to show time and date.
System is ready!
2. Scan barcode on pallet load. LCD display will show barcode
ID# for the moment. (For non-existent or unreadable barcode
press the “External Green Button” only once and enter manually
the ID#.) Note: After entering each digit, press Enter key.
System will default to to preset pallet size of 48 x 40. Use left
or right arrow keys to scroll and select different pallet size.
3. Select the desired pallet size and press the Enter key. System
will prompt operator to input pallet load height. Input pallet
height and press the Enter key. Note: Irregular or non-palleted
loads sizes can be inputed manually during the pallet scroll
process. When prompted with “Manual” on LCD screen, input
the L, W and H measurements and press Enter key.
4. Once the pallet height value has been inputed, system will
automatically prompt the operator to lift the load.
5. Lift the pallet load just above the ground (See instructions)
6. Upon completion of the weighing process all data will be
transferred automatically to the Base station.

Begin pairing process using the
scanner. Once paired the system will
automatically pair upon start up. The
LCD display will show a connection
symbol in the bottom right hand
corner of the LCD screen.

Weigh scale operation guide
1. Drive forks into palleted load.
2. Make sure the forks are completely to the
ground with no pressure in the hydraulic line.
3. Lift the load approx. 2” off the ground using
the hydraulic lift lever
4. Do not manipulate the tilt, side shift or move
vehicle during the weighing process.
