* 1. With LCD display showing Date / Time initiate closed session recording by scanning of
the loading door to initiate paper bale load weight.
* A. The LCD display will automatically show BARCODE (ID# of the trailer loading door)
Note: If the code is damaged and can’t not be read or scanner is faulty or manual input is required.
Press external switch one time. Input manually a trailer door ID#.
* B. Activate the lift control valve and lift the load just above the ground. Within few seconds the
load weight will be shown on LCD display and date will be recorded and send base station
Session is Finished
All data will be saved to USB port. Same data will go to the Base Station if RF module is used
Note (External Switch: Barcode damaged or Scanner not available)
With LCD display showing Date /Time and by pressing external push button once the ED3-SW system becomes a
standard load check weighing scale. For each load you must press external button once, input any number while
LCD display shows ENTER BARCODE and press Enter key to measure the lifted load weight.
