WP4 – Common Service Mockup Name UC-832+UC833 Refers to UC-832 and UC 833 Short description Shows how the user can calibrate hydrological models, view the result and use it for a simulation. Steps The use cases has been divided into several steps for clarity: (The steps can be combined in different ways, dependent user needs) UC-832a: Download time series for new Q-station UC-832b: Create local model UC-832c: Calibrate model UC-832d: Explore calibration results UC-833a: Perform simulation UC-833b: Explore simulation results
WP4 – Common Service Mockup Name UC-832: Hydrological conditions: calibration of local model Refers to UC-832a Short description Shows how the user can download a time series from a new Q-station. Steps 1   Select the map layer containing subbasins and zoom to area of interest. 2   Chose a point for the Q-station. 3 Choose upload Q-station data from the contextual meny. 4 Answer questions about name of station and file for the data, Choose download. 5: The new station appears in the left menu in the tool and is downloaded to the time series repository.

(Corresponding map layer and upstream catchment area is automatically highlighted.) 2   See , existing upstream Q stations used in CS default calibration of the pan-European hydrological model set-up. drag in preloaded observed time series of interest from the left side menu.  3   If of interest, d rag in preloaded observed Q-station time series of interest from the left side menu. 4   Click on the map and select which station(s) to use in new calibration. Maximum one per sub-basin in the upstream area. 5 Start calibration 6 Simulation progress visualization 7   Calibration shows in left side menu when ready.

Steps 1   Drag the calibration from the left menu to the map. Corresponding map and area is automatically selected. 2 Show upstream catchment area and used Q-stations by clicking on the map. 3   Retrieve and visualize time series of simulated and observed variables by clicking on the selected Q-stations and choose simulated or observed from menu.

14.  Retrieve and visualize time series of simulated and observed variables by clicking on the selected Q-stations and choose simulated or observed from menu.   • 1. WP4 – Common Service Mockup Name UC-832+UC833 Refers to UC-832 and UC 833 Short description Shows how the user can calibrate hydrological models, view the result and use it for a simulation. Steps The use cases has been divided into several steps for clarity: (The steps can be combined in different ways, dependent user needs) UC-832a: Download time series for new Q-station UC-832b: Create local model UC-832c: Calibrate model UC-832d: Explore calibration results UC-833a: Perform simulation UC-833b: Explore simulation results

WP4 – Common Service Mockup Name UC-832: Hydrological conditions: calibration of local model Refers to UC-832a Short description Shows how the user can download a time series from a new Q-station. Steps 1 Select the map layer containing subbasins and zoom to area of interest. 2 Chose a point for the Q-station. 3 Choose upload Q-station data from the contextual meny. 4 Answer questions about name of station and file for the data, Choose download. 5: The new station appears in the left menu in the tool and is downloaded to the time series repository.
