Jan 2014 – Till Date
 Around 590 beds, Acute care unit, having around 22 wards with full occupancy rate most
of the time, with the achievement of top in patient satisfaction survey.
 Deputized Nursing Manager during her absence.
 Supervising and guiding staffs on the ground to make sure providing quality care for the
clients.
 Making sure in balancing staff allocation at patient care area and planning roster.
 Working as a clinical instructor, guiding and developing students and staffs.
 Observing and monitoring students and new staffs closely on their progress, working
together closely with their preceptors and reporting to Nurse Manager.
