SENIOR STAFF NURSE -I (SSN-I)

Around 590 beds, Acute care unit, having around 22 wards with full occupancy rate most
of the time, with the achievement of top in patient satisfaction survey.
Deputized Nursing Manager during her absence.
Supervising and guiding staffs on the ground to make sure providing quality care for the
clients.
Making sure in balancing staff allocation at patient care area and planning roster.
Working as a clinical instructor, guiding and developing students and staffs.
Observing and monitoring students and new staffs closely on their progress, working
together closely with their preceptors and reporting to Nurse Manager.
