• Fellowship leads to Enthusiam, so more
fellowship
• Leadership increases enthusiasm
• Involvement keeps them engaged
• Find the area in Rotary that makes them
happy. They must do what they enjoy.
• Chance to voice their opinions even if you
don’t agree with it. If they have a voice they’ll
be more enthusiastic
• Knowledge is key. Lose knowledge lose
enthusiasm
